He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Troy Franklin (Katie) of Venice, FL, Andrea Lacefield (Joe) of Versailles, KY, Dr. Grant Franklin of Lexington, KY and Lauren Franklin of San Diego, CA.; his siblings, David Franklin (Wendi) of Evansville, IN, Suzie Martin (Mike) of Venice, FL and Sally Hicks (David) of Evansville, IN.; his uncle Ralph Lemcke of Indianapolis, IN; his aunt Shirley Rothemeier (Lemcke) of Evansville, IN; his cousin Julie Hazzard (Greg) of Brownsburg, IN.; his parents, Bert Franklin and Betty Franklin (Lemcke); his grandparents, Frank and Georgia Lemcke; his uncles, Bill (Jean Lemcke) and Howard Rothemeier; and his aunt Katie Lemcke. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
