Danny Wheeler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2025, at the age of 71, Danny Wheeler of Evansville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Eugene and Mary "Tillie" Wandalee Wheeler (Pierce); and his sister Connie Heerdink. He is survived by: his wife Faith Wheeler (Conner); his daughter Kaci Leaf (Nick); his grandsons, Mikael Leaf and Jacob Garcia; his brothers, Blake Foerster (Lisa), Kyle Conner (Rosie) and Sam Conner (Amy); and his siblings' children, Jessica Butts (John), Amanda Blake (Chris) and Robert Heerdink (Angela). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Koehler Funeral Home - Boonville Chapel (304 E Main St, Boonville, IN 47601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Evansville Animal Control.
