He was predeceased by: his father Clarence C. Shepard. He is survived by: his mother Doris Evelyn Shepard (Wiseman); his wife Mary Shepard (Wise) of Evansville, IN; his children, Mary Pat Shultz (Pete) of Newburgh, IN, Michael Shepard of Evansville, IN and Matthew Shepard of Evansville, IN; and his grandchildren, Christian and Zachary Shultz.
