He is survived by: his father Ralph Heavrin; his wife Stacia Heavrin (Claycomb); his daughters, Angie Willem (Jason), Mandi Heavrin and Ashley Meredith (Jeremy); his siblings, Gloria Reine, Karen Hobbs (Joseph), Suzanne Beckham (David), Mary Weber and James Heavrin (Lovina); his grandchildren, Jackson Willem, Sophia Wooldridge (Connor), Preston Willem (Cori), Atticus Meredith and Whitaker Meredith; his great grandchildren, Crue and Charlotte; his parents-in-law, Sheila Claycomb and John Claycomb (Becky); and his siblings-in-law, Derek Claycomb, Lindsey Claycomb and Nancy Wilbanks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
