He is survived by: his wife Bernadine Holder (Johnson); his children, Marcia Fowler (Steve), Cheryl Holder, Dana Johnson and David Wayne Holder (Mary); his sister Jenny Allen; his grandchildren, Brittney, Doyle, Annabelle, Alexa, Autumn, Travis and Kyle; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Johanna, Annalise, Sophia, Benjamin, Penelope, Maddie and Ellie.
