Though David may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. C. and Kappy K. Miller. He is survived by: his wife Anna Miller; his daughters, Sarah Miller of Chicago, IL. and Kelly Miller of Wheaton, IL.; his brother Robert "Rob" Miller (Jane) of Evansville; his stepson Matthew Stein (Holly); and his stepgrandsons, Reid and Davis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
