He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Rutter and Juanita Rutter (Brown); and his brother John Rutter. He is survived by: his children, Heather Walters (James) and Sean Rutter of Evansville, IN; his sister Leah Voorhies (John) of Mitchell, IN; and his grandchildren, Brandon Hart, Alisha Walters, Cameron Walters, Kaleb Walters and Makenzie Walters.
