He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita West (Wambach) and Emery West; and his brothers, Michael West, Gary West and Rocky West.
He is survived by: his wife Melinda West (Garrett); his daughters, Lyndsey Netherley (Matt) and Jennie Alford; his grandchildren, Bella and Jackson Netherley; and his siblings, Donald West (Marilyn), Bruce West (Nancy), Rosemary Heerdink (Tom) and Shannon Hale (David). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
