He was predeceased by: his parents, Osbert Wittman and Nelda Wittman (Puertzer); and his siblings, Glenward Wittman and Bernice Lambeck. He is survived by: his wife Judith Wittman (Elder) of Evansville, IN; his sons, Fred Wittman (Christine) of Evansville, IN, Scott Wittman (Holly) of Evansville, IN and James Wittman (Laura) of Newburgh, IN; his grandchildren, Nicole Goodson (Alex), Michael Wittman (Stephanie), Benjamin Wittman, Brian Wittman and Taylor Watson (Zach); and his great grandchildren, Harper, Norah, Wyatt, Ryder, Adalynn and Blair.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (1925 Volkman Rd, Evansville, IN 47725). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
