He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Merideth (Bush) and Ralph Merideth; his wife Martha Merideth (Phillips); his great grandchild Keeley Hoehn; and his sister Jean Dykstra.

He is survived by: his children, Paula Storey (Matt), Angela Green (Dan), Dennis W. Merideth (Karen) and Ron Merideth (Angela); his grandchildren, Samantha Brandt (Justin), Jacob McFarling (Kaitlyn), Devon Craft, Lauren Hoehn (Levi), Hannah Schmidt (Aaron), Megan Merideth (Brendan), Josh Thomas (Denise), Hope Utley (Isaiah), Laurin Green, Elizabeth Green, Josilin Moore (Jerry), Madisyn Merideth, Aiden Green and Noah Green; and his great grandchildren, Zoey Hoehn, Easton McFarling, Everett Merideth, Freya Hoehn, Eliza Merideth, Graham McFarling, David Thomas, Evelyn Hoehn, Merideth Schmidt, Lane Thomas, Theo Ridge and Mackenzie Schmidt.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gospel Mission Church (318 E Tennessee St, Evansville, IN 47711). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Locust Hill Cemetery (3800 Kratzville Rd, Evansville, IN 47710).
