He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Robert Fitzpatrick and Queena Faye Walker (Jones); his daughter Maygen Fitzpatrick; and his pets, Sammi and Debo.
He is survived by: his wife Holly Fitzpatrick; his children, Amanda Fitzpatrick, Heather Harker (Kenneth) and Jerry Fitzpatrick; his stepdaughters, Keirsten Graulich and Kendra Stagg (Andrew); his niece Cornett (Shane); his close friends, Mike Sulawske, Jeff Frye, Chuck Lecke, Gene Moisant and Jon Delano; and his pet Nikki. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
