He was predeceased by: his parents, Ennes Woolston and Ruby Woolston (Scales); his siblings, David, Kenny, Bob, Fred (Virginia), William (Janice), Jerry (Irma), Don Woolston, Thelma Shaw (Wayne), Carol Davis (Bill), Bettie Shaw (Bill) and Judy Buck; and his brother-in-law Phil Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Woolston (Miller) of Evansville, IN; his daughters, Candace Jeffries (John) of Breese, IL and Courtney Stein (Matt) of Charleston, SC; his stepson Blake English (Jen) of Evansville, IN; his siblings, Zella Frey (Bill), Beulah Miller and Steve Woolston (Donna); his grandchildren, Lauren Jeffries, Alek Jeffries, Madison Stein, Brynn English, Brooks English and Maryn English; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn, Donna, Sandy and Betty Woolston.
