She is survived by: her sister Suzanne Knight (Engel); her children, Robert E. Phelps, Jr. (Nancy), John F. Phelps (Laura), Joseph W. Phelps (Cherri), Michael G. Phelps, Beatta "Bea" Guth (William Gentry) and Laya Phelps; and her grandchildren, Jaci Seaton (Cory), Jordan Phelps (Jenna), Allie Ricketts (Adam), Zachary Phelps (Bayleigh), Tyler Phelps and Jeanine Phelps. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
