We bid farewell to Don E. Bruce of Evansville, Indiana, born in Elk City, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 1, 2024 at the age of 95. Don touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bruce and Blendena Bruce (Wilson); his wife Norma "Jean" Bruce; his daughters, Patricia McBride and Barbara Balka; his siblings, Marlene Goodman, Catherine Stephens, Max Bruce and John Bruce; and his son-in-law John Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Wilson, Lisa Monk (Galen) and Stephen Bruce (Jody); his siblings, Karen Sue Kerney (William) and William Robert Bruce (Linda); and his son-in-law Daniel Balka. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
