He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Eickhoff and Catherine Eickhoff (Moran); his siblings, Kotzie Minor, Barbara Goldsworthy, Shirley Thompkins and Samuel Eickhoff; and his former wife Penny.
He is survived by: his son Craig; his daughter-in-law Lupe Eickhoff of St. Petersburg, FL; his daughters, Gail (Tom Smith) of Watkinsville, GA and Karry (Todd Morton) of Aurora, CO; and his siblings, Alan Eickhoff of Hazelwood, MO, Patrick Eickhoff of Evansville, Darrell Eickhoff of Myrtle Beach, SC, Michael Eickhoff of Evansville and Mary Damm of Evansville.
