He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Joyce Baker; his children, Michael (Barbara), Gregg, Debi (Lee) and Donald R (Andrea); his grandchildren, Katrina Lockridge (Tommy), Jessica Neal (Matthew), Erin Moore (Kevin), Jordan Fullerton (Rachel), Megan Steiner (Chris), Juli Wolfe (Brandon Kilgore), Parker Fullerton and Hannah Fullerton; and his great grandchildren, Bryanna Fullerton, Gabriel Fullerton, Tyler Lee, Austin Green, Liam Moore, Nathan Neal, Allyssa-Jo Lockridge, Britian Moore, Sawyer Steiner, Savannah Steiner and Sydney Steiner. He is also survived by his many friends and all of his family.
