He is survived by: his wife Debi Kendle (Hoehn); his children, Nathaniel Kendle, Shannon Kendle, Ryan Shelley and Kristen Shelley Shephard; and his grandchildren, Tristen Kendle, Ethan Kendle, Jocelyn Kendle, Brooklyn Beach, Ainsley Beach, Evalyn Shephard, Nolan Shephard, Weston Shephard and Leelan Shephard.
