We announce the death of Donnie Ray Williams of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on October 12, 2026, at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Lucille (McCollum) and James Calvin Williams; his wife Lea Ann Williams (Leslie); his brothers, Kenneth Williams and Larry Williams; and his stepdaughter Angie Beard.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Williams (Jude) and Lindsay Lang (Dirk); his stepsons, Bradley Morton (Tracy) and Matthew Morton; and his grandchildren, McKenzie Williams, Evan Williams, Patrick Willliams, Anthony Lang, Emme Lang, Noah Lang, Ryan Braunecker, Jared Beard, Justin Beard, Amber McCarty, Leslie Gray, Samantha Morton, Reese Morton and Hank Morton. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel (800 S Hebron Ave, Evansville, IN 47714). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
