He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ebinger and Carrie Ebinger (Satterfield); and his siblings, Carl Ebinger, Carolyn Curtis and Robert Ebinger.

He is survived by: his brother Paul Ebinger (Dorothy) of Bradenton, FL; and his nieces, Dana Curtis, Carla Gehlhausen (Jeff), Terri Lewis (Doug), Linda Ebinger and Charlene Stratman.
