With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna E. West of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on April 6, 2024 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edna E. West to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Newton Beck and Minnie Beck (Kyle); her grandson Stephen Elwyn Haas; her former life partner Elwyn West; and her sisters, Clara Bowling, Grace Stobaugh and Dean Reisz.

She is survived by : her husband Ruban Duran; her children, Joel West and Penny Haas (Troy); her grandchildren, Jason West (Ramey), Joshua West (Ashley), Jarrod West (Stephanie), Justin West and Megan Haas; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Riley, Cooper, Lena West, Nolan, Colton and Hallie Travers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel (800 S Hebron Ave, Evansville, IN 47714). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
