She was predeceased by: her parents, Urban Adler and Marian Adler (Elpers); her sister Geraldine Weber; her cousin Elvira Herr; and her stepdaughter-in-law Tammy Heerdink.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Sara, Neil, Kyle and Ryan; her husband John Heerdink, Sr.; her children, John Heerdink, Jr. (Jennifer) of San Francisco, CA and Mary Folz (Donnie) of Evansville, IN; her stepson Terry Heerdink of Evansville, IN; her grandchildren, Lacie Folz-Hodges (DJ) of Summersville, KY, Nathan Folz, Nicholas Folz, Paul Folz of Evansville, IN, Krider Heerdink and Hadley Heerdink of San Francisco, CA; her stepgrandsons, Timothy Heerdink (Amber) and Jeffrey Heerdink (José); her niece Kenya Shoultz; and her nephew Mark Heerdink (Janet). She is also survived by four sisters; four brothers; two step-grandchildren.
