She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Holley and Eva Franklin (Winstead); her husband Elmer Koch; her daughter Darlene Ramsey; and her sister Shirley Kissel.
She is survived by: her children, Doris Spanner, Carol Rodgers, Larry Fischer and Steve Fischer (Julie). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
