Elizabeth B. Duckworth Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth B. Duckworth of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on January 21, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Elizabeth departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Elizabeth. Though Elizabeth may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Baker and Frances McFall (LaSusa); and her husband David L. Duckworth. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa G. Heard (David); her grandson Eric S. Tasa (Laura Williams); her great grandchildren, Tyler N. Tasa (Jourdan) and Brayden J. Tasa; and her great great grandchild Calvin B. Tasa.
