She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Morris and Cora Morris (Ricketts). She is survived by: her husband Clarence Hazlett; her granddaughter Kimberly Tice; her son-in-law Robert Butts; her brothers, James, Norman and Dennis Morris; her daughter Donna Butts; her sister Janice Cain; and her extended family, Sharon, Angie, Dara, John III (Andrea) and Dallas Tice. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Schneider Funeral Home (512 Main St, Mt Vernon, IN 47620). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at the Bellefontaine Cemetery.
