She is survived by: her husband Clarence Hazlett; her granddaughter Kimberly Tice; her son-in-law Robert Butts; her brothers, James, Norman and Dennis Morris; her daughter Donna Butts; her sister Janice Cain; and her extended family, Sharon, Angie, Dara, John III (Andrea) and Dallas Tice. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
