It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eugene Z. Hale of Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Hale and Anna Hale (Smith); his son Rodney Hale; his siblings, Louella Keaton, Helen Mediate, Ouida Haycraft, Don and Sheldon Hale; and his grandson Brad Rheinhardt.

He is survived by : his wife Leva Hale (Bailey); his daughters, Gay Cassidy, Debi Mosby (David) and Melissa Vincent (Finis); his siblings, Mary Del Cannastro and Norman Hale; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Nelson (John), Chad Rheinhardt, Nicholas Cassidy, Jamie Watts (BJ), Ashley Mosby, Caytlin Hale, Kelsi Weile (Tommy), Faith Wiethop (Griffin) and Hope Jones. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Pierre Funeral Home (2601 W Franklin St, Evansville, IN 47712). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 5th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
