He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Hazelwood Hayes and Veachel Floyd Hayes; his wife Dorothy Hayes (Dot); and his siblings, Nancy Henderson, Marie Brown, Mary Tudor, Gladys Sapp, Annie Daugherty, Vola Daugherty, William M. Hayes (Monk), William Earl Hayes and Alonzo Hayes.
He is survived by: his son Mark Hamlin of Russellville, KY. He is also survived by her son, grandchildren, her sister and many nieces and nephews and his church family.
