He is survived by: his wife Karyl I. Harper (Baker); his daughter Karyl "Lynn" Deckard (Mark); his grandchildren, Eric Deckard (Sarah), Amy Murry (Mark), Daniel Harper, Katie Deckard (Brad Lamb) and Miranda Harper; and his great grandchildren, Zach, Gavin, Kyle Wayne, Isabelle, Harrison, Caleb and Christopher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
