He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his children, Darren Renner (Cindy) and Lisa Renner; his grandchildren, Faydra Boynton, Kayla Renner and Bradley Renner; his nephew Keith Harper; and his niece Connie Harper-Woods (Peter). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
