Chase (Goldbach); his wife Kathy; his children, Kelly Chase, Benjamin Chase (Katharina) and Don Johnson (Carisa); his stepmother Marjorie Chase; his siblings, Brad Chase (Shirley) and Jan Milburn; and his grandchildren, Linus, Felix, Hanno, Simon, Ilva, Brice and Kylee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
