He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Deering (Lively). He is survived by: his wife Jenny M. Deering; his son Dalton W. Deering; his grandson Colten James Rutledge; his siblings, Donnie Baldwin, Vivian Baldwin, David Baldwin and Stacey Deering; and his father Gary Lee Deering. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
