He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ivy and Mildred Ivy (Meier); and his brother Rick Ivy. He is survived by: his wife Carole Ivy; his children, Corey Ivy (Jessica) and Chelsea Means (Justin); and his grandchildren, Abi Savage, Cameron Ivy, Owen Cooper, Parker Means and Bennett Means. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
