He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his siblings, Vicki, Sandy, Brenda, Dennis, Steve and Michiel; his niece Jennifer; his nephew Patrick; his stepdaughters, Caryn and Jennifer; his grandchildren, Jessica, Tiffany, Nathan, Alisha, Autumn, Dale, Kevin and Ben; and his great grandchildren, Jupiter, Analyn and Tracy Allen. He is also survived by seven great-nieces and nephews.
