He was predeceased by: his parents, William Welburn "Web" and Helen Walker (Watson); and his brothers, Bob and Joe Walker. He is survived by: his children, Michelle R. Shacklee (David) of Kokomo, Angela "Angie" M. Valuch (Shawn) of Jasper, Indiana and Scott I. Walker (Dia) of Morristown, IN; his brother Steve Walker of Evansville, IN; and his grandchildren, Justin Shacklee (Shannon), Nichole Nevins (Joel), Brock Valuch (Emma), Makenzie Walker, Conner Valuch and Jared Valuch. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
