He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Coomes; his son-in-law Frederick R. Folz; and his brothers, Ronald Braker and Robert Braker.
He is survived by: his wife Cleo Braker (Adams); his children, Randy Braker (Priscilla), Cathy Folz, Cindy McLaughlin (Ron), Daniel Braker and Constance Jennings (Steve); and his siblings, Nancy Hayden (Larry) and Jim Braker (Charlene). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM. A Mass will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (2301 N Stockwell Rd, Evansville, IN 47715). An entombment will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (2500 Mesker Park Dr, Evansville, IN 47720).
