Edwards (Jones); his siblings, Ambrose Edwards Jr., Patricia Atkinson, Aulby Edwards and Linda Pruitt (Edwards); his grandson Charles K. Edwards Jr.; his extended family, Jimmy and Kay Cameron; and his pet Dottie.

He is survived by: his children, Ashley N Edwards, Charles K. Edwards Sr., Gerald T. Edwards Jr. and Joy L Edwards; his grandchildren, Cora J. Edwards and Jeremiah C. Edwards; and his close friend Jim Rumble. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel (1800 St George Rd, Evansville, IN 47711).
