She was predeceased by: her father Aubrey Collins; her siblings, Earline Mayes, Ruth Ann Burdick and Gene Collins; and her son-in-law Don Neel.
She is survived by: her mother Erma Collins (Hinton); her husband Vernon Lester Garrett; her children, Cassie Neel and Allen Garrett (Cindy); her grandchildren, Beth Anne Lieberknecht (Don), Justin Garrett (Sam), Tyler Garrett and Cody Garrett; and her great grandchildren, Zach Plumlee, Erin Lieberknecht, Carter Garrett, Carson Garrett, Teddy Garrett and Sophie Garrett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
