The family announces the passing of Gregg Bailey of Evansville, Indiana on October 16, 2026. Gregg, born on December 24, 1942 in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hartwell Bailey and Margaret Vannice Bailey; and his brother-in-law Carlton Auer. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Allison Bailey (Char); his children, Tom Bailey (Jennifer) of Parker, CO, Allison Bailey (Eric Doll) of Georgetown, KY and Graham Bailey (Ann) of Dayton, OH.; his grandchildren, Zelma, Hartwell, Cecilia and Harrison; and his sisters, Sue Seiler (Russ) and Sally Auer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bethlehem United Church of Christ (6400 Oak Hill Rd, Evansville, IN 47725).
