She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Mansfield, Sr. and Kathryn Mansfield (Bishop); her children, Melinda Davis and Donald Thomas; and her siblings, Richard Mansfield, Jr., Charles Mansfield, Laura Etta Rudd, Margaret Kirksey, Ronnie Mansfield and Sharon Mansfield.

She is survived by: her grandson Derek Richardson; and her nieces and nephews, Kevin Kirksey (Betty), Monyette Kirksey, Richard Mansfield III (Blythe), Kathy Mansfield, Deva Mansfield-Brown (Gamaine) and Charles "Chuckie" Mansfield. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews, as well as loving friends.
