He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clem and Nora Katherine Clem; his brothers, Genie Clem and Smitty Smith; his son Kip Clem; and his grandson Phillip.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Clem; his brother Bobby Payne (Kathy); his children, Michelle Dill-Clem, Brandon Clem and Christopher Clem; and his nephew Robert Payne.
