She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Luigs and Frances Luigs (Kiesel); her son Michael Luigs; her daughter-in-law Karen Luigs; and her sisters, Lorena Hartman, Lillian Brinker and Sophie Engels.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jenni Case (Adam) and Drew Luigs (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Karen Case, Carter Case, Colton Case, Fiona Luigs and Hailey Luigs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 918 W. Mill Road, Evansville, IN 47710.
