He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray V. Basham and Katherine M. Basham (Rowland); and his siblings, Edward Basham, Louise Fritz, Billy Basham, Robert Basham and Paul Basham.
He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Basham (Birdwell); his children, Darlene Woolston (Kevin), Pat Burch (Alvin), Jeff Basham, Alvin Basham (Tiffany) and Matt Basham (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Amanda Carson, Melissa Carson, Heath Burch, Jessica Basham, Jeremy Bowman, Megan Basham, Kensie Morris, Riley Basham, Reese Basham and Lily Basham; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Bryce, Michael, Anna and Theo; and his sisters, Brownie Cooper and Joan Brandle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
