He was predeceased by: his parents, George Latham and Lula Latham (Arnold); and his wife Nancy D. Latham (Stevens). He is survived by: his children, Sherrie Huffman (Tom), Henry Latham Jr. (Beth) and Steve "Neal" Latham (Bethany); his grandchildren, Kevin Latham, Kelsi Latham and Tonya Hart (Hunter); and his great grandchildren, Braylee, Maston and Elias. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and bonus grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Free Pentecostal Church (3201 Fickas Rd, Evansville, IN 47714). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
