He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kenneth and Selma J. Feagley (Ulbricht); and his siblings, Leota Wilson, Mary Taylor, Wanda Johnston, Wilber Feagley and Bill Feagley.
He is survived by: his wife Deloris Feagley (Peck); and his children, Robert "Bob" Feagley (Deborah), Pamela Hirsch (Denis) and Connie Spezia (Joseph). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
