He was predeceased by: his parents, Blain Westerfield and Margaret Westerfield. He is survived by: his wife Donna Westerfield; and his siblings, David Westerfield, Yvonne Brown, Lawrence, Eddie, Glen, Jimmy, Eva Knight, Frances Haven, Theda Daughtery, Ann Lampton and Linda Jo Westerfield.

Jack's gentle spirit was a source of comfort and strength to his church family, and his contributions to the community were immeasurable.
