He is survived by: his wife Debby Kincade; his children, Kelley League (James) of Evansville and Eric Kincade (Monika) of Carbondale, CO; his stepchildren, Eric Decker (Jess), Brandon Decker (Laura) and Roswitha Smith (Chris); his grandchildren, Liam League, Kaelin League, Zoe Kincade and Matt Kincade; his stepgrandchildren, Eric Decker, Jr., Kaedon Smith, Alannah Smith, Zeke Smith, Noah Decker and Rowan Decker; his great grandchildren, Zoe Decker and Lola Decker; his niece Tammy Hargett; and his nephew Troy Vaupel.
