She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Wiley and Georgia Wiley (Rucker); her husband Dr. Ira T. Neal; and her daughter Greta M. Miller. She is survived by: her granddaughters, Kristin Tinsley Givens Finch (Paul), Jennifer Renee Miller and Courtney Linn Rhodes Greer (Lance); and her great grandchildren, Kylah, Kamryn Rhodes and Kaden Rhodes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
