He is survived by: his wife Diana; his sons, Johnny Sisk (Mary), William Sisk and James David Sisk; and his grandchildren, Diana Sisk, Jonathan Sisk, William Darrell Sisk, Jessica Sisk, James David Sisk, Alexander Sisk, Christopher Sisk and Zoey Sisk. He is also survived by 11 Great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family.
