He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Simpson and Anna Simpson (Weisheit); and his wife Norma. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Frantz; his grandchildren, Jayme Lyn Waters (Stephen) and Jordan Blake Frantz (Paige); and his great grandchildren, Brianna and Nolan Waters.
