He is survived by: his wife Marabeth Hazel; his son Chad Hazel (Julie); his granddaughters, Allison Moss (Adam) and Lauren Gray (Derrick); his sister-in-law Janice Hazel; and his nephew Doug Hazel (Carla). He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, numerous extended family and friends.
