He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Benton, Sally Treadway, Jim and Alice Burch. He is survived by: his parents, Jim Treadway and Karen Treadway (Burch); his wife Brenda Treadway (Webb); his son Brandon Stiltner; his sister Amanda Villalobos; his nieces and nephews, Sierra and Adrian Villalobos; and his close friend Jason Nelson (Amanda).
